Olusegun Owadokun, CFA

Managing Partner

Olusegun Owadokun is an accomplished finance and investment professional with over 25 years of progressive experience across banking, credit risk ratings, financial advisory, corporate and project finance, research, training, and capital markets.
His career reflects a rare combination of technical depth, strategic leadership, and institutional insight developed across Nigeria’s leading financial institutions and advisory firms.

Prior to founding Jamacy Consulting Limited, Olusegun served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Coronation Securities Limited, the securities brokerage and investment advisory subsidiary of Coronation Group. He previously held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Agusto Consulting Limited and began his ratings career as a Senior Credit & Financial Analyst at Agusto & Co. Limited, Nigeria’s foremost Pan-African credit rating agency. Earlier in his career, he held banking roles at Standard Trust Bank (now United Bank for Africa Plc) and Zenith Bank Plc, where he gained foundational experience in banking operations, credit risk analysis and branch management.

Olusegun holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper) from the University of Benin, Benin City and a Master’s Degree in Investment Management (Distinction) from the ICMA Centre, Henley Business School, University of Reading, United Kingdom. He is also an alumnus of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme (SMP).

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a CFA Charterholder, and holds the Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) designation of the CFA Institute. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (MCSI, UK), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, and holds the International Fixed Income & Derivatives Certificate (IFID) from the International Capital Market Association (ICMA). Olusegun is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Exchange (NGX).

Perfect Fagbile, CFA

Chief Operating Officer

Perfect Fagbile is a finance, strategy, and behavioural decision science expert with over sixteen years of experience spanning banking, consulting, and executive education. He combines strong analytical discipline with behavioural insight, bringing a distinctive human-centred approach to financial and strategic decision-making.

He began his career at Union Bank of Nigeria Plc, where he held roles across treasury control, internal audit liaison, IT controls, and strategic oversight. In these capacities, he was responsible for monitoring complex financial positions, strengthening governance frameworks, supporting risk management processes, and ensuring regulatory and operational discipline.

Perfect later transitioned into consulting and professional education, co-founding Numero Index, a CFA preparatory institution where he led curriculum design and facilitation. Under his leadership, the firm achieved a 100% pass rate in its inaugural CFA examination diet, demonstrating his commitment to intellectual rigour and measurable outcomes.

Before joining Jamacy Consulting Limited, he served as the Chief Operating Officer at Agusto Consulting Limited, providing strategic leadership across training and advisory business lines. His responsibilities included research oversight, executive facilitation, client engagement, and institutional capability development. His core areas of expertise include corporate strategy, credit and financial analysis, behavioural decision science, business transformation, and executive capability development.

Perfect is recognised for his ability to simplify complex ideas without diluting substance, bridge theory and practice, and help leaders make clearer, evidence-based decisions in uncertain environments.

Perfect holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Second Class Upper) from the Lagos State University and two Master’s Degrees in Economics (Distinction) and Managerial Psychology from the University of Lagos and Babcock University, respectively. He is a CFA Charterholder and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria.

Daniel Ogbe

Director

Daniel Ogbe is a seasoned financial services and operations executive with over 25 years of experience spanning banking, financial advisory, consulting, training, logistics, corporate services, and project management. He brings deep operational leadership, strategic execution capability, and cross-regional institutional experience to Jamacy Consulting Limited.

He is currently a Partner at Theta Partners Limited, a financial, management, and research consultancy firm, and also serves as a Director at Kesandy N Koncepts, a project management firm specialising in the construction and management of student accommodation within tertiary institutions.

Daniel previously held senior operational leadership roles at Ecobank Nigeria Limited. He joined the bank in 2008 as Zonal Head of Operations (Enugu), overseeing retail operations across Anambra, Enugu, and Ebonyi States. He subsequently rose to Regional Head of Operations for the South-South and South-East Regions, and later served as Head of Transport & Logistics for Ecobank Nigeria. In these roles, he led large operational teams, strengthened process discipline, improved cost efficiency, and enhanced service delivery across diverse business units.

Earlier in his career, Daniel spent ten years with Standard Trust Bank Plc and United Bank for Africa Plc, gaining extensive retail banking operations experience across multiple cities in Southern Nigeria.

Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (Second Class Upper) from the University of Port Harcourt, an MBA from Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba, Canada. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and a PRINCE2® Certified Practitioner in Project Management.
